The Critical Care Technician (CCT) Educator is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of the CCT training program. The educator is responsible for the overall program including lectures, clinical skills assessments, and written examinations. The educator also provides oversight and guidance for clinical rotations and remediation in congruence with relevant policies and procedures. The educator also responsible for developing and supporting activities to foster the structured onboarding and continued professional development of CCTs.
Candidate must have clinical practice experience. Education experience preferred.
Highschool Diploma/GED required.
Vocational/Technical School Diploma required.
Associates Degree or higher preferred.
LPN license in the state of New Jersey
