Job summary

Cooper University Health Care is seeking a Lead CCT for Kelemen North and South 9, a two‑sided 76‑bed medical‑surgical telemetry unit. The role includes scheduling, leading non‑licensed staff, and promoting teamwork to ensure coordinated patient care.

Requires ACLS/BLS, a completed Patient Care Technician program with current certification, and at least one year of Cooper experience. Strong organizational and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of Patient Care Technician training and active PCT Certification.
• ACLS and BLS certifications required for unit staff.
• Has worked at Cooper University Hospital for at least one year; unit experience preferred.
• Meets all requirements of a Certified Critical Care Tech.

Responsibilities

• Will schedule and perform duties of a CCT.
• Serve as informal leader and coach non-licensed personnel.
• Promote teamwork and coordinate patient care initiatives.
• Assist unit leadership with scheduling and accountability.
• Drive organizational initiatives via committee participation.
