Critical Care Supervisor (RN) ICU/PCU

Job Type: Full Time | Days | Wage: $41.52 - $65.16 per hour

Overview

Trios Health, a 111‑bed hospital in Kennewick, WA, seeks a Critical Care Supervisor to lead ICU/PCU operations, ensuring quality patient care and staff development.

Responsibilities
  • Advocate for the physical and emotional wellbeing of patients and nursing staff.
  • Provide orientation, direction, training, educational development, coaching, and mentoring to staff.
  • Assist with competency verification, performance evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
  • Assess and ensure quality of services delivered, conduct quality assurance studies, and assist with implementation of quality initiatives.
  • Serve as a resource to staff, other departments, and external contacts; lead resolution of issues and complaints.
  • Assist with policy development and ensure staff compliance with policies, procedures, protocols, and regulations.
