Job summary

MetroHealth in Warrensville Heights, OH, is seeking an experienced RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West). You will care for 24 beds with a 5:1 patient ratio, perform EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures, and work rotating shifts with weekends/holidays.

This full-time role offers a sign-on bonus up to $10,000 for experienced RNs and $5,000 for new graduates, plus tuition reimbursement and strong retirement benefits through OPERS.

Qualifications

• Current Ohio RN licensure and graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS current or obtained within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 6 months.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) with a 5:1 nurse-to-patient ratio.
• Utilize EKG interpretation, central line care, and bedside procedures.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers, and therapies to plan care.
