Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, in Ohio. The role features 72 biweekly hours, rotating shifts 7a–7p and 7p–7a, with weekends and holidays rotating.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or equivalent.
• Current Ohio RN license and valid certifications.
• Basic Life Support required; ACLS within 6 months of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care step-down nursing care for cardiac patients.
• Collaborate with PCNAs, interns, providers and therapy teams.
• Monitor telemetry, respond to emergencies and manage care plans.
