Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program
• Current RN license in Ohio
• Current BLS for Healthcare Providers
• ACLS certification or ability to obtain within 6 months

Responsibilities

• Provide care in the Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West) on a 24-bed unit.
• Interpret EKGs and monitor cardiac status for rapid clinical decisions.
• Support airway management with BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and vent/trach care.
• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Demonstrate critical thinking, delegate tasks appropriately and manage time effectively.
