Job summary

MetroHealth is seeking a highly qualified RN for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West, in Cleveland Heights. The role features a 72-hour bi-weekly full-time schedule, rotating weekends/holidays, and a sign-on bonus for experienced RNs and a separate offer for new graduates.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, and facilitating bedside procedures within a 24-bed CCSD unit. Collaboration with PCNAs, interns, and other healthcare professionals is essential.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• ACLS certification or obtain within 6 months of hire.
• Basic Life Support for healthcare provider certification or obtain within 90 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bedside procedures (endoscopies, bronchoscopies).
• Provide nursing care on a 24-bed Critical Care Step Down Unit (7 West).
• Collaborate with PCNAs, nurse interns, providers, PT and OT.
