Qualifications

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy; Bachelor’s preferred.

• Solid teamwork and educational mentoring skills are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provides patient care in ICU/critical care settings with ventilator management.
• Administers aerosolized meds, oxygen therapy, and medical gas management.
• Performs arterial blood gas sampling and interpretation.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to plan and adjust therapies.
• Educates patients, families, and staff; mentors new employees/students.
• Ensures documentation, order verification, and compliance with safety standards.
