Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelors Respiratory Therapy; degree preferred.
• NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS and ACLS certifications required at hire.
• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication, critical thinking and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides customer service and completes patient care, documentation and education.
• Performs ventilator management, weaning and arterial blood gas analysis.
• Collaborates with health care team to plan patient care.
• Educates patients and mentors new employees and students.
