Job summary

CentraState Healthcare System in Freehold, NJ, invites newly licensed RNs or those with less than one year of experience to join the RN Residency Program in our Stepdown unit. The 12-month orientation combines didactic learning, simulation, and hands-on practice within a high-acuity environment.

You will develop leadership, critical thinking, and professional development while working alongside a dedicated team in CCU/Stepdown units, with the support of preceptors and clinical leaders.

Qualifications

• Soon-to-be or newly licensed RN or an RN with less than one year of experience.
• Must have BSN or ASN degree, passed the NCLEX and have a NJ RN license before the employment start date.
• Must have BLS certification.
• Starting salary $44.00 hr.
• All offers will be for Full Time only. No guarantee of shift (may be selected to work day or night shift upon completion of orientation)
• Start date will be December 7th (must be licensed by the start date).

• Completed over the course of 12 months, our program focuses on building a strong foundation in leadership, critical thinking, and professional development.
• Structured didactic content and curriculum, simulated lab experiences, informal mentoring, and dedicated clinical preceptors.
