Prisma Health in Easley is seeking a Graduate Nurse for the Nurse Residency Program in the MICU/PICU at Baptist Easley Hospital. You will complete clinical competencies under supervision, participate in professional development workshops, and engage in ongoing patient care experiences.

This program emphasizes infection control, patient confidentiality, documentation, and teamwork as you refine nursing knowledge and skills in a high-acuity critical care setting.

Qualifications

• Education: ADN required; BSN preferred and may be in progress.
• Experience: No prior nursing experience required; greater than 12 months of experience not eligible.

Responsabilités

• Attend quality and core curriculum classes and complete competency validations.
• Participate in professional development workshops and peer support groups.
• Perform nursing assessments under supervision and develop care plans including patient/family involvement.
• Document care and communicate with the licensed RN; record observations and plan of care.
• Adhere to policy, confidentiality, infection control, and patient rights; provide discharge teaching.
