Qualifications

• Education - ADN. Graduate of an accredited Nursing program.
• Experience - No previous experience required.
• Candidates with >12 months of experience are not eligible.

Responsabilités

• Attend quality and core curriculum classes and complete clinical competencies.
• Work under direct supervision of a licensed RN in clinical experiences and documentation.
• Record patient data, perform nursing assessments and set priorities.
• Develop care plans with patient/family involvement and make referrals as needed.
• Provide treatments and discharge teaching per patient care standards.
• Participate in quality improvement and staffing processes as required.
