Job summary

Wake Forest Baptist Medical Center – Critical Care: Rapid Response Team seeks an RN to join the team in Winston-Salem. This part-time role offers 20 hours per week, Tue–Thu, 10:00 a.m. to 5:10 p.m., with a 30-minute meal break, and a pay range of $38.20–$57.30 per hour. The RN will provide bedside nursing care, participate in governance, document in the EHR, and collaborate across disciplines while maintaining safety standards and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Board of Nursing approved program.
• Active RN license with privileges to practice in NC.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• BSN preferred.

Responsibilities

• Engages in governance and quality initiatives to improve care.
• Uses nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care.
• Monitors patient conditions and coordinates with the care team.
• Maintains accuracy of EHR documentation and safety.
• May float to other units as needed.
