Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with active licensure to practice in North Carolina.
• Experience in rapid response or acute care is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Respond to acute patient deterioration on the unit.
• Perform rapid assessments and initiate evidence-based interventions.
• Collaborate with physicians and unit nurses to stabilize patients.
• Use advanced monitoring and life-support equipment as needed.
• Support code blue events and participate in ongoing education of bedside staff on early warning signs.
