Formación

• ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA accredited baccalaureate nursing program.
• RN start date of April 1, 2020 or later requires documented evidence of BSN completion within five years.
• 1 year of RN critical care experience in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
• Experience working in a team environment.
• Computer skills with EMR systems experience.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Support professional nursing practice across settings to meet patient and family needs.
• Lead within Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model and engage in quality improvement.
• Delegate patient care according to skill level, acuity, and resources.
• Demonstrate leadership, mentoring, and active participation on committees or projects.
