Mayo Clinic is hiring a Registered Nurse to coordinate nursing care, educate patients and families, and manage transitions of care. You will work within our Nursing Professional Practice Model, providing leadership and quality improvement contributions across the care continuum.

The role includes coverage in Preop and PACU, with eligibility for TN sponsorship. Must have BSN and ICU/ED PACU experience; ACLS/BLS as required. Full-time, on-site, with flexible hours.

Formación

• Graduate of a baccalaureate nursing program (ACEN/CCNE/NLN CNEA-recognized).
• 1 year of RN critical care experience required in ICU, PACU, or ED; PACU preferred.
• All entry-level associate degree RN with start date before 2020 must have Baccalaureate degree within five years from RN start date.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate nursing care, including direct patient care, education and transitions of care.
• Lead through the Mayo Clinic Nursing Professional Practice Model with accountability for all phases of nursing care.
• Provide mentoring, teaching and leadership and participate in committees or projects.
