Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO seeks a critical care nurse for the Medical ICU South. You will deliver direct patient care to critically ill adults, monitor advanced equipment, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements include Missouri RN license and BLS; ACLS within one year. In-hospital credentialing courses and a clinical ladder offer growth and bonus opportunities as part of a supportive, mission-driven hospital system.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program or NLN approved program.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing preferred.
• Active RN license in Missouri required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients.
• Monitor and adjust specialized equipment and records.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team and assist physicians as needed.
• Participate in credentialing/educational programs and clinical ladder.
