Job summary

CoxHealth South in Springfield, MO is seeking a Nursing Float Pool RN to provide direct care for acutely and critically ill patients in a high-technology setting. You’ll monitor critical systems, interpret monitors, and collaborate with physicians on treatments during day shifts in a 36-hour weekly schedule.

Required: Missouri RN license, BLS within 90 days, ACLS within one year; BSN preferred. Join a system recognized for workplace excellence and a mission to improve community health.

Qualifications

• RN license must be active in Missouri.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days.
• ACLS must be obtained within one year of hire.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients.
• Monitor equipment and interpret vital signs and monitoring data.
• Assist physicians with procedures and treatments.
• Demonstrate effective communication and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.
