Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with active RN license in Missouri.
• BSN preferred.
• BLS must be obtained within 90 days of hire; ACLS within 1 year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and individualized care to acutely and critically ill patients in MICU.
• Monitor and interpret patient data and operate critical care equipment.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team to coordinate care.
• Support ongoing credentialing, education, and professional development.
