Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides nursing care utilizing the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation for assigned patients.
• Addresses complex needs of patients and families.
• Administers medications and treatments; monitors for side effects and effectiveness.
• Documents patient history, symptoms, medication, and care given.
• Educates patients, families and caregivers; identifies learning needs and resources.
