Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process: assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention and evaluation
• Address complex psychosocial needs of patients and families
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effects and adverse reactions
• Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided
• Educate patients and families; identify learning needs and resources
