Job summary

Medical City Frisco is seeking a Registered Nurse to coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to ensure compassionate care and optimal outcomes across the care continuum.

The role emphasizes bedside assessment, patient education, and adherence to clinical standards while supporting ongoing quality improvement initiatives within our hospital in Frisco, Texas.

Qualifications

• RN license required or eligible in Texas
• Associate Degree or higher in nursing
• BCLS must be obtained within 30 days of start
• ACLS must be obtained within 90 days of start
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in collaboration with the care team
• Document care in the medical record in a timely manner
• Educate patients and families about conditions, treatment plans and discharge
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes
• Maintain adherence to scope and standards of practice
