Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active, unencumbered RN license.
• 1+ year ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress with strong clinical judgement.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene appropriately.
• Monitor critically ill patients and unstable conditions.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
