Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of accredited school of nursing.
• Proficient in English language (verbal and written) and computer skills.
• Current Louisiana State license as RN and BLS certification; ACLS and PALS Certification within first 6 months of hire; CPI and NIH Stroke Scale Certification within first year of hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe therapeutic care in a holistic and systematic manner.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and discharge instructions.
• Document and coordinate care within licensed scope and interdisciplinary teams.
