Incredible Health is hiring an RN for Critical Care units in the Washington, DC area. The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree and an active RN license, with 1+ year ICU experience preferred. ACLS certification preferred.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree.
• Active RN license in good standing.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about condition and care plan.
