Incredible Health is hiring for an RN - Critical Care position in the Washington, DC area. The role requires ADN or higher in nursing and an active RN license, with 1+ year ICU experience preferred. ACLS is a plus.

Expect responsibilities across critical care, rapid response, and family education, with comprehensive benefits and a strong support network. The position offers multiple shifts (day, night, mid) and full-time, part-time, or per diem options.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess a patient’s condition and intervene with the appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to patients with critically ill or life-threatening conditions.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and heart-monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and other treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.

Qualifications:

• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
• Educate patients and their families about the patient's condition and care plan

Salary: $61,000 to $130,000 /year
