The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree, active RN license, and strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork. Shift options include day, night; full-time, part-time, and per diem positions available.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree required.
• Active and unencumbered RN license required.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function well under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Responsibilities

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care for critically ill and unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems (ventilation, heart monitoring).
• Participate in rapid response and emergency scenarios.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to develop care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
