Incredible Health in the Washington, DC area is hiring an RN for our Critical Care unit. Nurses with ICU experience and strong clinical skills will provide high-level patient care in a busy environment, handling life-support and complex therapies.

We offer day, night, and mid shifts across full time, part time, and per diem roles, with comprehensive benefits, cross-training, and opportunities for professional growth in a top-accredited teaching hospital setting.

Qualifications

• ADN or higher nursing degree and active RN license.
• 1+ years ICU/critical care experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to work effectively under stress and in fast-paced environments.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems such as ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and emergency situations.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about conditions and care plans.
