Incredible Health is actively hiring for an RN - Critical Care in Round Rock, TX. The role requires ADN or higher nursing degree, an active RN license, and ICU experience. ACLS is preferred.

You will care for critically ill patients, manage life-support systems, and collaborate with the care team to implement care plans. Shift options include day, night, and mid shifts, with full-time, part-time, and per diem opportunities.

Formación

• ADN or higher degree in nursing.
• Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse license.
• 1+ years ICU experience preferred.
• ACLS certification preferred.
• Ability to function effectively under stress.
• Experience with advanced medical equipment and procedures.
• Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsabilidades

• Rapidly assess patient conditions and intervene with appropriate care.
• Monitor and provide care to critically ill or unstable patients.
• Manage life-support systems like ventilation and cardiac monitoring.
• Participate in rapid response and other emergencies.
• Administer medications and treatments.
• Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement care plans.
• Educate patients and families about the condition and care plan.
