The MetroHealth System is seeking an experienced RN to join the Inpatient Critical Care/Critical Care Step Down Float Pool at MetroHealth Main Campus. You will provide bedside care across high-acuity units, rotate between Critical Care, Step Down, Oncology, Telemetry, and General Medicine, and support a multidisciplinary team.

Required is Ohio RN licensure and at least 1 year of inpatient critical care experience; BSN preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing and Ohio RN licensure.
• 1 year of inpatient critical care RN experience; PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• BLS certification within 90 days of hire; AHA ACLS may be preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Float across inpatient critical care/cardiac step-down units as needed.
• Provide direct patient care in Oncology, Telemetry, Post-Surgical, Orthopedic, Trauma Step Down, and General Medicine.
• Collaborate with LPNs, PCNAs, and providers; manage time and prioritize patient needs.
