• 0–2 years Med/Surgical experience at regional sites.

Responsibilities

• Comprehensive assessment of patient and family needs; plan of care and monitoring.
• Maintains education and competencies to provide high quality patient care.
• Coordinates and delegates to ensure safe, effective care.
• Collaborates with family and patient to establish measurable outcomes.
• Other duties as assigned.
