MetroHealth Main Campus- Glick is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. The role includes caring for patients with CHF, COPD, DKA and sepsis on a 14-bed unit with 7a-7p/7p-7a shifts and rotating weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities include EKG interpretation, central line care, bedside procedures, and ventilator-related support with a focus on critical thinking and time management.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
• Currently licensed as an RN in Ohio.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers current or within 90 days of hire.
• ACLS certification or within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of RN experience.
• PRN must have all required certifications at hire.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct patient care on a 14-bed Critical Care Step Down unit (7 West).
• Interpret EKGs, manage central lines, and assist with advanced bedside procedures.
• Support care with rescue BiPAP, high-flow oxygen, and ventilator patients.
