Job summary

MetroHealth Main Campus - Glick is seeking an RN to join the Critical Care Step Down Unit, 7 West. You will care for patients with congestive heart failure, COPD, DKA, and sepsis, applying your ICU skills in a 14-bed unit.

The role involves EKG interpretation, central line care, bedside procedures, and collaboration with PCNAs, interns, providers, and therapy teams. Rotating 7a–7p/7p–7a with weekends/holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing or a program seeking accreditation.
• Current Registered Nurse licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Current AHA BLS for the healthcare provider.
• Current ACLS certification or within 6 months of hire.
• PRN requires 1 year of relevant RN experience.
• PRN must possess all required certifications upon hire.
