Capital Health is seeking a Respiratory Therapist to establish and manage complex ventilator support, perform weaning, and develop daily care plans for patients. The role entails collecting specimens and interpreting diagnostic data within a high-skill, team-based environment.

The position requires an Associate's degree in Respiratory Therapy with RRT certification; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred, and two years of clinical experience is desirable. Various benefits accompany this role.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree from an AMA Accredited Respiratory Therapy/Respiratory Therapist Program; Bachelor's Degree preferred; RRT.
• Two years clinical experience preferred.
• AHA ACLS-Adv Cardiac Life Support, AHA BLS - Healthcare Provider, AHA NRP-Neonatal Resuscitation, Respiratory Care Practitioner.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and manages mechanical ventilation with high proficiency.
• Performs weaning and develops ventilator care plans daily.
• Collects specimens and validates results with high proficiency.
• Interprets diagnostic data and creates sound care plans.
• Documents data for quality improvement processes.
