• Establishes and manages basic and complex ventilation forms with high proficiency and minimal supervision.
• Performs weaning and refines ventilator care plans daily.
• Collects specimens and performs diagnostic tests with quality result validation.
• Interprets diagnostic data and creates care plans based on patient response and physiology.
• Administers respiratory therapies (e.g., heliox, nitric oxide).
• Provides education to patient and/or family.
