Universal Health Services in Texas seeks a Respiratory Therapist to perform routine and intensive therapies, maintain life-support equipment, and assess patients. The candidate will assist with invasive procedures, including ABGs and intubation, and must hold a Texas RRT license with current BLS/ACLS, plus PALS/NRP within 6 months of hire.

Requires graduation from an accredited respiratory program and compliance with the company's policies.

Competenze

Must be licensed by the State of Texas to perform Respiratory Care under the Respiratory Care Practitioners Act.
Must adhere to Compliance Program and Code of Conduct.
High school diploma or GED or higher.
Completion of an accredited Respiratory Program and eligibility through the NBRC.
Current Texas license as RRT.
Maintain current BLS and ACLS.
PALS and NRP within six months of hire.

Mansioni

Performs routine and intensive therapy and diagnostic procedures.
Maintains respiratory equipment and ensures operability of ventilator and life support equipment.
Provide routine respiratory patient assessment.
Performs some invasive procedures such as ABGs and assist with intubation.
