Qualifications

• Licensed to perform Respiratory Care in Texas; RCP license or temporary permit.
• High school diploma or GED required; completion of accredited respiratory program.
• Current Texas RRT license.
• Current BLS certification.
• ACLS certification; PALS and NRP within 6 months of hire.
• At least 1 year of clinical respiratory care experience.
• Commitment to compliance and code of conduct.

Responsabilités

• Perform routine and intensive respiratory therapy and diagnostic procedures.
• Maintain respiratory equipment and ensure ventilator and life support devices are operable.
• Provide routine respiratory patient assessments.
• Perform ABGs and assist with intubation.
