University Medical Center of El Paso is seeking a Registered Respiratory Care Practitioner to assess, treat, and manage patients with pulmonary deficiencies under the supervision of RC Supervisor and Medical Director. This critical care role requires independent work in a high-stakes environment.

Required credentials include NBRC registration, Texas licensure, current CPR and ACLS within one year; AMA-approved school graduate for Respiratory Care; experience with adult, pediatric and neonatal

Formación

• Knowledge of routine and critical procedures with critical thinking for adult, pediatric, and neonatal patients.
• Strong understanding of respiratory physiology and clinical interventions.
• Graduate of an AMA approved school for Respiratory Care.

Responsabilidades

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with pulmonary deficiencies and abnormalities.
• Provide ventilatory support, humidification, aerosols, and airway management.
• Perform arterial blood gas analysis and sputum collection; work independently in critical care units.
