NKC Health in Kansas City, MO is seeking an experienced Respiratory Therapist to administer all respiratory care modalities as ordered by physicians in critical care areas, NICU, ED and general floors. The position includes bedside pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopies.

As needed, you will serve as charge therapist and may precept students and new respiratory staff. Requires an Associate degree in Respiratory Therapy, NBRC RRT, and BLS certification; one year of experience preferred.

Qualificações

• Associates degree in Respiratory Therapy.
• Experience in critical care areas preferred (NICU, ED, ICU).
• Current NBRC RRT credential required or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Administers all respiratory care modalities as ordered by physicians.
• Performs bedside pulmonary function testing and bronchoscopy when scheduled.
• Acts as charge therapist when needed and preceptor for students and new staff.
