Qualifications

• Effective communication and EMR documentation.
• Airway management including intubation.
• Ventilator management and respiratory therapies.
• Team collaboration and Code Blue response.

Responsibilities

• Perform airway maintenance and ventilator care per unit needs.
• Deliver inhaled medications and bronchial therapies.
• Document procedures and charge accurately.
• Respond to Code Blue emergencies per AHA guidelines.
• Develop care plans with the multidisciplinary team.
• Monitor labs and diagnostic results and adjust care.
• Communicate effectively with team and patients.
