Qualifications

• Requires an Associates or Bachelor's in Respiratory Therapy and NBRC-RRT, RCP, BLS, ACLS certifications.
• 0-2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Excellent communication, critical thinking and computer skills; ability to build professional relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient education and collaborate with healthcare teams.
• Manage ventilators and monitor respiratory status.
• Perform arterial blood gas sampling and contribute to invasive/non-invasive procedures.
• Ensure safe, high-quality care and promote evidence-based practices.
• Support staff development and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
