Qualifications

• 0-2 years clinical experience with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Licenses and certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS, NRP, NBRC-RRT or RCP.
• Strong communication, critical thinking, teamwork, and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Ventilator management and airway management.
• Arterial blood gas sampling and therapy assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare teams; educate patients and staff.
• Support safety and quality by adhering to policies and evidence-based practices; assist with invasive/diagnostic procedures as needed.
