Qualifications

• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Respiratory Therapy (preferred).
• NBRC-RRT, Respiratory Care Professional, BLS, and ACLS required upon hire.
• 0–2 years of clinical experience, with at least 6 months in critical care.
• Strong communication and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care, assessments, and therapy planning with the healthcare team.
• Administer aerosolized meds, manage ventilators, perform airway management, and analyze ABG values.
• Educate patients and support systems; mentor staff and students; assist with invasive and noninvasive procedures.
• Ensure documentation accuracy, medication safety, and evidence-based practices.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and comply with policies.
