Memorial Hospital Belleville is seeking a Rapid Response/Code Team Clinical Nurse to serve as a hospital-wide resource in emergencies and to guide staff through complex procedures. The role emphasizes education, safety, and collaborative care across units.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Critical Care or ED experience.
• ACLS certification required.
• Night shift: 7:15 PM – 6:45 AM.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care with assessment, planning and evaluation per nursing standards.
• Educates patients and families on illness/injury management and post-treatment care.
• Promotes patient safety, supports regulatory compliance, and participates in professional development.
• Develops and documents care plans with interdisciplinary team and communicates across care continuum.
• Assesses physical, psychosocial, emotional needs and respects patient preferences.
