Qualifications

• RN license in Connecticut.
• Minimum 2 years of critical care experience or equivalent.
• ACLS, BLS (HCP), NIHSS, CPI and related certifications within 1 year.

Responsibilities

• Provide critical care support to nursing staff across hospital units, including transport of critically ill patients and rapid response involvement.
• Participate in the code team and crisis management, aiding in resuscitation and patient transfer as needed.
• Serve as a clinical resource, ensuring standards and protocols are followed and supporting interdisciplinary care.
• Pursue ongoing professional development and participate in unit-based committees and educational activities.
