Job summary

Mehlville Fire Protection District in Missouri is seeking qualified paramedics to join our team. This role requires Missouri EMT-P certification, a valid driver's license, and the ability to work seven 12-hour shifts per pay period.

Qualifications

• Must be a high school graduate or possess a state-issued GED.
• Must possess a current Missouri EMT-P License.
• Must possess a current, valid Driver’s License.
• Preferred certifications include CCP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS.
• MFPD will pay for CCP-C or FP-C and other certifications.
• Ability to work seven 12-hour shifts per pay period (2,184 hours per year).
• Ability to meet the physical demands and perform essential functions of the position, including regular attendance.
• Previous experience as a Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic preferred.
