Job summary

Mehlville Fire Protection District in Missouri is seeking a Paramedic/Critical Care Paramedic. The candidate must hold a Missouri EMT-P license and a valid driver’s license, with CCP-C or FP-C certification preferred. This role involves seven 12-hour shifts per pay period (2,184 hours/year) and a comprehensive benefits package.

Preferred candidates have prior Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic experience. The district provides extensive benefits and support for professional certification.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or GED required.
• Missouri EMT-P license required.
• Current driver’s license required.
• CCP, ACLS, PALS, PHTLS or ITLS, and AMLS certifications preferred.
• MFPD will pay for CCP-C or FP-C and other certifications.
• Ability to work seven 12-hour shifts per pay period (2,184 hours per year).
• Previous experience as a Paramedic or Critical Care Paramedic preferred.
