Qualifications

• State of Idaho Registered Nurse OR licensure pending as documented by temporary licensure.
• Minimum 3 years direct patient care experience preferred.
• Previous experience in designing, developing, conducting and evaluating training programs for adult learners preferred.

• Assesses learning needs using data and staff feedback.
• Designs and delivers education aligned with clinical standards.
• Facilitates learning through various methods such as classroom and digital formats.
