Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing is required.
• Master’s degree required within five years of hire with ongoing graduate study.
• Current Iowa RN license; MercyOne Genesis license in IA or IL required at hire; secondary license within 12 months.
• 3–5 years of clinical nursing experience required.
• Relevant supervisory experience required.
• BLS certification within three months of hire.
• Mandatory Reporter training within six months of hire.
• Specialty practice certification preferred.
• Must be comfortable operating in a collaborative, shared leadership environment.
• Personal integrity and caring aligned with Trinity Health and MercyOne values.

Responsibilities

• Lead and advance nursing staff, programs, and patient care delivery.

• Develop and implement clinical standards and evidence-based practices.
