Mansioni

• Provide patient care including observations and reporting to the licensed nurse.
• Maintain patient comfort and safety and assist with activities of daily living.
• Assist in turning and positioning patients every 2 hours and with ambulation as needed.
• Take and record vital signs, including pain level.
• Maintain accurate intake and output documentation.
• Participate in hourly rounding to assess patient needs and safety.
